What is G-Hub?

G-Hub is a marketplace built for small businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs to sell products and services and connect with buyers through community features.

Who is G-Hub for?

  • Sellers/Creators who want their own store inside a marketplace
  • Members who want trainings, lives, exclusive groups, and special access
Do I own my products and content?

Yes. You keep the rights to your products and content. You are the owner of what you create and sell.

How do I become a seller?

Click Become a Seller and complete seller registration. After approval, you can set up your store, add products, and start selling.

Do I get my own store?

Yes. Every seller gets their own storefront (store page) with their products and seller profile.

What are the seller fees?

Seller fees are 10% + $0.10 per sale. Fees are automatically deducted from each order.

How are seller fees collected?

Commission fees are deducted automatically during checkout through the payment process (example: PayPal/Stripe). You don’t have to manually send fees.

What am I responsible for as a seller?
  • Listings, photos, descriptions, pricing
  • Inventory/availability
  • Packaging and shipping
  • Customer service for your orders
  • Your store policies (returns/refunds where applicable)
Can big companies sell on G-Hub?

No. G-Hub is built to support small businesses and creators.

Are there tutorials to set up my shop and make sales?

Yes. Visit the Tutorials section (linked in your menu/footer) for seller setup and marketing tips.

How do I shop on G-Hub?

Browse categories, search products, add to cart, and checkout like a normal online store.

Do sellers ship orders?

Yes. Most items ship directly from each seller. Shipping speed and cost can vary by seller and product.

What if I have an issue with an order?

First, contact the seller through their store/order details. If you still need help, email info@ghubway.com.

What is the return policy?
  • Items sold directly by G-Hub (if applicable): returns may be accepted within 30 days, depending on the item.
  • Items sold by individual sellers: each seller has their own return/refund policy listed on their store page.
Note: For seller-specific shipping/returns, always review the seller’s store policy first.
Are digital items refundable?

No. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/downloaded.

What is the membership for?

Do I need a membership to shop?

No. You can shop without a membership. Membership is for extra access, education, and community features.

What items are not allowed on G-Hub?

We do not allow adult/explicit products, firearms/weapons, illegal items, or anything that violates laws or platform policies.

Do sellers set their own store policies?

Yes. Each seller is responsible for their own policies (shipping, returns, processing time). Please check each seller’s store page.
