GHub Marketplace Vendor Policy & Terms & Conditions

1. Types of Fees

Selling on GHub Marketplace may require the payment of certain fees. These fees help maintain the platform, provide necessary seller support, and enable marketing efforts to drive customer traffic. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, and are non-refundable.

 Listing Fees

Each product listed on GHub Marketplace incurs a $0.10 (10 cents) listing fee.

This fee is charged at the time the listing is published and is non-refundable, even if the item does not sell.

Listings remain active for 4 months or until the item sells. If the product does not sell within this timeframe, sellers must manually renew the listing.

Automatic renewal options may be introduced in future updates.

 Commission Fees

GHub Marketplace applies a commission fee between 10% and 15%, depending on the product category.

This commission is deducted from the total sale price before payout (excluding shipping fees).

Commission rates are subject to change, and sellers will be notified in advance.

Subscription Plans (Coming Soon)

GHub Marketplace will soon introduce optional subscription plans that offer additional benefits.

Benefits may include lower commission fees, priority listings, advertising perks, and promotional opportunities.

Full details, including pricing and features, will be announced before the subscription plans become available.

Advertising & Promotional Fees

Sellers have the opportunity to increase product visibility through paid promotional services, including:

Featured Listings: Pay a fee to have products displayed on the homepage or at the top of search results.

Custom Promotions: Tailored advertising packages will be available to boost product exposure.

Advertising fees will vary based on placement and duration and will be provided upon request.

Transaction Fees & Taxes

All transaction processing fees, VAT, and applicable taxes are the seller’s responsibility.

Sellers should include taxes in their pricing to avoid unexpected deductions.

Where required by law, GHub Marketplace may collect and remit taxes on behalf of sellers.

 Shipping Fees

Sellers are fully responsible for shipping costs and should factor them into product pricing.

GHub Marketplace does not cover shipping fees.

Any applicable shipping tax or VAT is the seller’s responsibility.

Sellers must provide accurate shipping timelines to maintain customer satisfaction and avoid disputes.

 Payment Processing & Payouts

Payments are processed after deduction of commission fees and listing fees.

Payout Schedule:

Weekly payouts for new sellers or those growing their reputation.

Daily payouts for experienced sellers who have established credibility and consistent sales.

Payouts may be delayed due to chargebacks, disputes, or policy violations.

To maintain the integrity of GHub Marketplace and ensure a secure environment for buyers and sellers, all sellers must comply with the following policies:

Prohibited Items:

Sale of illegal goods, counterfeit products, or stolen items is strictly forbidden.

No listing of intellectual property (IP)-protected items without proper authorization (e.g., trademarked, copyrighted, or patented products).

No sale of firearms, hazardous materials, controlled substances, or prohibited goods.

No sale of explicit, adult-only, or offensive content.

Listing Guidelines:

All products must have clear descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate details.

False or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited.

Sellers must establish an accurate and fair shipping policy and fulfill orders on time.

Shop Compliance:

Shops that repeatedly violate policies or engage in fraudulent activities may be permanently removed without prior notice.

Sellers must maintain professional and respectful communication with buyers and customer support.

GHub Marketplace has the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that breach policies.
